The halwa is sweet as well as puri is savory... but a chana often accompanies this excellent pair. I remarkably recommend the Dry Kala Chana I've bundled as optional inside the recipe. Other chana choices include things like Kala Chana Masala, with black chickpeas, in addition to Chole, a yellow
